Meryl, nicknamed Mem by her family, is a graduate of L'Art de la Patisserie program at the French Pastry School in Chicago. She studied under world renown pastry chefs including Jacquy Pfeiffer, Scott Green, En-Ming Hsu and Joshua Johnson.
Meryl and her husband, Chris, reside in Sandy, Oregon, with their two daughters, who act as her quality assurance technicians. When she's not decorating cookies, you can find her having dance parties in the kitchen, or hanging out with her (loud!) family.

Ella, our favorite student-athlete, works remote while attending Stanford University. She provides her expertise with social media and assisting with custom designs. She is OR Food Handler certified and ready to jump into baking/decorating when she returns to Oregon.
